I'm pretty sure that you can paint the tiles with marine epoxy. There's lots of colors to choose from, and since it's for boats, it's quite waterproof. Good luck, and have fun!!

If the entire bathroom is tile you have your work cut out for you. Painting tile is an option but keep in mind that you'll have to either prime first or use paint specifically designed for such an application. Another possibility is changing the color of the grout. You can always scrape out the old and put in a different color but, again, this is plenty work and I wouldn't recommend it unless you've done it before. If the grout is white you can stain it a different color. This is much easier and a lot less costly. Good luck.

if the tiling is like most bath rooms it only goes up about 1/2 way on 3 walls. pick a color that ether contrast the tile and paint the areas above the tile,paint the ceiling in a lighter shade of the same color. then add towels to match buy a new bath cabinet add new lighting there you go.

There are some products and methods on the market to paint over tile giving it a fresher look without retiling. Check with some local paint stores or home centers or online.
