IMO, Kubota makes the absolute best diesel tractors on the market! Kubota are better quality and MORE RELIABLE than John Deere and New Holland.

Opinions?

I own the house I live in and rent out a couple of rooms to students. The rent includes all bills. My problem is that the tennants keep overriding the heating control and so last week I came home to find the heating had been put on constant although it is July and the house is roasting hot!!!

My gas bill last month alone was £130 for 4 weeks! When I lived alone it was £30 a month!

I need to find a box that has a lockable front and no back so that I can mount it over the heating control on the wall. Has such a thing been invented or do you know where I can find such a thing?

Everyone has problems with squirrels eating all the bird seed. We have several flowering plants on the back porch. the squirrels are now starting to eat the plants bare! I could kill them!! All we have now are potted sticks. They have an entire forrest back there to eat. We run them off every chance we get, but as we all know, they just come right back. we can't patrol the back porch all day. How do we stop them?

My 8 sunflowers were about 3' tall when I transplanted them to another part of the garden. I dug out the root ball, and moved them to a sunnier location. I watered the hole where they were to be planted, put a few ounces of miracle gro, and put the root ball into the new hole. I pressed the dirt to make an indentaiton around the stem, and have watered them well every day.
5 of the plants curved into a "C" shape, with all of the leaves limp and curling, but then we had a rainstorm, and they perked up. As soon as the sun came out, the leaves began to curl and droop again.

It's been a week. The lower leaves are limp and yellow or dry and dead, the upper leaves are droopy, and the head development has slowed to an almost standstill (they look like they've developed a tiy bit, but not much).

3 plants never drooped at all, and continued developing their heads as though they were never moved. What's wrong with the droopy ones? Have I killed them? Can I help them?

Hi,
my lawn was green but really thin and lot of places where grass wasnt growing. I was about to dig out the old grass and apply Sod but decided to go with grass seeds.
I live in Toronto, avg tempt is 32°C, i spreaded grass seeds last night. I was looking on google how spring and falls is the best time to spread seeds.
what are the chances that grass will grow now? since its really hot outside, i will be wattering the lawn 3 times a day.

I am tired of moving my picnic table everytime I mow the grass. I am thinking about digging up the grass underneath and laying down mulch or something so that I will not have to mow it. does anyone have any good landscaping ideals about this ?

Even after cleaning thoroughly I can't get rid of them. They're now embedded into the wooden finish and no matter how many different ways I try, the rings are still there. The coffee table can be spotless but the rings remain. Please help.

Thanking you for your help and assistance in advance!

I was just wondering what kind of items should go in first and last? here is a short inventory of all the big stuff we have

refrigerator
washer and dryer
dining room table w/ 4 chairs
china cabinet with glass cabinet doors
small breakfast table
BIG 3 pc sectional leather sofa
medium sized recliner
2 end tables, coffee table
1 queen size mattress with a box spring
1 fairly large dresser
1 medium size chest of drawers
small computer desk
small tv stand
2 lightweight 6' tall bookshelves

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. This is our first time loading a moving truck on our own and we just want to ensure that all of our things will arrive safely. We will be driving for about 4-5 hours.
