IMO, Kubota makes the absolute best diesel tractors on the market! Kubota are better quality and MORE RELIABLE than John Deere and New Holland.

Opinions?

Not to belittle your statement but Kubota makes tinker toy tractors and loaders. Not at all sized for either farm or industrial use. Case International, John Deere and New Holland make Tracters loaders and rugged impliments designed to get work done fast.
I've heard that Kubota's are good in their designed place but you can't ask them to hook to a 5 or 6-18 plow and do real work.

That is an interesting question. I think when it comes to really big deisel engines, like the ones you find in Combines and Swathers you can't beat John Deere (and their service is outstanding). I have driven and worked on New Holland engines in wind rowers. They are easy to work on, very accessible, and with maintenance, they run like a dream. I have very little experience with Kubota, but if you like them and are satisfied, sounds like they have a customer for life.

I go with John Deere---owned a Kubota for about a month, sold it at a 1,000.00 loss due to its rough ride and uncomfortable seating positions: Got a John Deere and love everything about it.
