Once I heard of mixing something with them to make a very strong glue. Maybe a nice tea or casserole? I have a half a shoe box of them.

My friend has a viney plant that had green fruit on it. When you opened one up, it was full of seeds (i think they were white) covered in gooey stuff. She always told me it was a passion fruit, but i've never heard of green passion fruit. Is this what it is?

Planted a well established bush last year...had lovely blooms and plant still healthy. Can someone advise if I should feed it and what with. Do I dead head the plant.. Please can you give me any advice; as there are no leaves on the plant but plenty of new buds. Is this normal? When should it start to re-flower and new leaves appear..thanks.

My sister has a problem with a house she just bought. The circuit breakers trip every day and she will only have one appliance running in the whole house, usually a small tv.
Is she at risk for electrical fire?

Somehow I stupidly shoved a pen into the pocket of my favorite kakhi pants, and it bled ink all over the pocket and seam. I used Spray&Wash and washed it twice with no success. I have NOT run it through the dryer though...just in case the heat might set it. Any suggestions besides buying a new pair of pants and not putting pens in my pockets?

i'm moving house soon, i want to re-fit the kitchen pretty much as soon as i move in.

i like the look of real wood worktops, i want fit the units & appliances myself but i dont have have the know-how or confidence to fit the tops myself.

i would install an undermount sink, and a inset hob.

is there companies that sell and install worktops?

would it be better to have worktops delivered then get a local joner/carpenter to fit the tops for me, including cutting a hole for undermount sink and hole for hob?

also a crack has appeared running into the next room and causing the plaster to sag here as well, the flat is over 100 yrs old and the plaster about 2 inches thick i only have a loft above these rooms but it is floored and sheeted out with plyboard so access from above is difficult. the rooms are quite large about 6 mtrs x 6 mtrs, what is the best way forward for me on a limited budget but lots of time?.

This is my question of the day!

I have called Scotts about 5 times. I have gotten about 3 different answers to this question!

I want to put down pre-emergent (no fertilizer in it) and it is the granular kind. It slightly sprinkled over night , the roads are slightly damp and the grass feels barely wet (almost just a little) . I was told that you dont want to put it down until the grass is COMPLETELY DRY , however , it is a 70% chance of rain tonight and I would like it to be down before then, but some say that even if it rains tonight , that I should not put it down while the grass is wet, and that it will not wash all of it off of there, and I got told differently 2 x !

which is it please!!

Should I wait until it is completely sunny and dry even though it may not rain for a week or two afterwards? or should I do it now!?

I had to buy a smaller size boot because Doc Marten does not make half sizes and the boot feels good now but the toe is tight because of the steel toe. I was wondering if there is a tool to stretch the steel just enough to feel comfortable.

had DirecTV installed at my house. I need to put the wiring underground. Any idea how deep it should be in the ground? I just want to prevent any damage done to the wires when the grass is cut. THanks.
