The walls throughout my house are painted in white, flat paint - they're still this way from when the house was built. Over time, various scuff marks have accumulated all over the walls. I've found that most cleaners don't work well on flat paint, but I have heard that Mr. Clean's Magic Erasers work wonders. Any suggestions?

would like to know if the price of a troy built or similar quality is really worth the extra cost? Is it easier to handle or what makes it so special? I have about a 1/2 acre garden.

Would like to start coming Monday. Already purchased frost resistent tile. Winters are rarely freezing cold. We may get one week of 50 degree temps here and there. Otherwise climate here is somewhat mild. This is also a screened porch so minimal rain water touches floor. I live in Norfolk Va if that helps?

also your opinion would be helpful: Do you believe a pebble mosaic rectangle medalion 3'x5 1/2' in a daimond geometric pattern on a screened porch floor would hurt my resale value or help it?

here's a link to actual image of how medallion looks

Have you ever had installed a reed bed to filter waste as either a primary or secondary method (i.e. in addition to a septic tank)? How much did it cost? How long did it take to get established? Did you need a lot of space?

The dryer is electric. It runs, but something is the matter. It appears to be heating the clothing, yet the clothes remain damp for hours. Even after drying them for 6 hours, the clothes are still wet. And with the heat, the clothes tend to smell musty and unpleasant.

We cleaned out the lint filter and the hose parts. They were clogged up completely. But even after cleaning them, the dryer is still not heating the clothes right.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?

I'm turning a small, spare room into a "zen zone". I already know I want lighting that adds ambience to the room, painting it a purple or teal, and putting a canopy and lots of pillows in it but so far that's about it. Any other ideas to make this space really nice to hang out and meditate in? Thanks in advance!

When I recently tries to wallpaper a ceiling the weight of it with the paste on meant it would not stick to my ceiling. How can I stick the paper to the ceiling without looking like Charlie Chaplin?

I need to know how those work? You know, the mold that looks like stone and you fill it with concrete and make a path or do a patio with it?

The instructions say to pour cement into the mold then remove it and rotate and repeat. What I want to know. Can you fill it with cement and remove it right away like it says to....or will the cement just run back together? Do I have to let it dry a while? That will take forever if I do...but want to do it right the first time.
Thanks!!!!

It would be about 10 feet or so high off the ground. We already have stairs and a landing, just need a deck.
We live in a relatively rural area in the south.

I'm looking for a ballpark figure on how much it would be to have someone build it. We can stain it ourselves.

One website listed about ~$2000 or so, but said it would be $3000 if you are not the "contractor".

I used fish emulsion at one time, but I'd prefer something with no odor.

Thank you.
