well ... coconut oil, olive oil are definetly good for hair.You can leave them on for 2-3 hours, wrap a hot towel around your hair and see a lot of changes.

A good nutritional meal plan goes a lot further towards hair growth than many people think. If you can stop eating junk food, you are winning the battle, by far.
Educate yourself on this subject.
People who push medications and false promises are depending on you to not educate yourself. That way, they can sell you anything they want and you'll believe it.
By the way, I'm NOT saying that grapeseed and primrose oils are useless. They are not useless, but hair is not a reason to start taking them. Menopause and PMS are.

I don't know about that combination but there is a product called NIOXIN sold at beauty supply stores and salons that helps promote hair growth in people with thinning hair....

AND it has been proven to work well.
If you are talking about growing the length out, I believe you should eat more healthy foods and proteins. But don't cut out fat because that helps your hair have shine. I don't know that there is any proven product out there that promotes faster growth in the length.
