It could be Panama disease. It is a banana plant disease caused by the fungus Fusarium oxysporum. The fungus attacks the roots of the banana plant. The disease is resistant to fungicide and, so, cannot be controlled chemically.

A freeze in temperature can yellow and kill it back to the ground, but it will come back in the spring.
Stagnant water at the base of the tree can yellow and kill the tree. Banana trees don't tolerate flooding. If that is a problem, try to reroute the water.
Also, you may have a salt problem. Banana trees don't like salt which can, yes, yellow and kill the plant.
Banana trees are easy to grow, but are very particular as to what it likes and dislikes.
If none of the above mentioned is an issue, then apply a 3-1-6 fertilizer 4 to 6 times a year. About 1 to 1.5 inches of water per week.
Maintain a weed-free area of 2 to 6 ft around the banana mat with a well draining organic mulch.

I have also that problem but it can fix it if you shower every leave with beer or with water with tobacco
