Planted a well established bush last year...had lovely blooms and plant still healthy. Can someone advise if I should feed it and what with. Do I dead head the plant.. Please can you give me any advice; as there are no leaves on the plant but plenty of new buds. Is this normal? When should it start to re-flower and new leaves appear..thanks.

There are two types of azalea one drops all its leaves and the other type keeps its leaves all the year round, i would say that you have the first type .
It will not set seed so take the flower heads off as soon as they fade.
This plant likes an acid soil, so three or four hand fulls of iron sulfate with a bucket full of peat and once it starts to open the leaf buds put this mix around the bais, you must keep the plant moist during the summer while it is forming the flower buds for next year.
