I am trying to find yardage of reflective material to make linings for my curtains to keep out the hot afternoon sun. The material I am looking for is similiar to that of tinfoil or those reflecting sun shields used in car windows. Does anyone have an idea where I can find this type of material or the techological name for it as I am not having much sucess typing in "reflective material" in my search engine. Thanks

We are installing new kitchen units but want to keep our old tiles. However, we need to cut the bottoms off some of the tiles as they got damaged when we took the old units out.

is $214 a reasonable monthly bill? I don't think so. I run the heat at about 75 at night and turn it down to 65 during the day. I used to turn it off for the day, but the heating bill didn't seem much lower. The windows seem OK. And we have a a sliding patio door, but I rarely go out there, esp. in the winter. Can I cover this door somehow? What else can I do to save money?

My Mother in Law's fridge just died and she needs to buy a new one. We have no idea what to get as far as brand, etc. She is going to be selling her condo in a couple of years so would like something to help with the resale (if the fridge matters). She likes the fridge and freezer side by side vs freezer at the top.

Thanks

I have never tried to make a balloon arch. From what I read, I need to make symetrical bunches of balloon clusters. How do you attach the balloons to the arch (I will need to use PVC)? How should I anchor the arch to the floor? Any other suggestions?
