We don't get bin bags - we buy our own. I don't see why we should get them provided.

I'm sure that the council do leave enough bin bags if you recycle.
We (family of 4) used to leave 3 or 4 bags out each week. We now recycle paper, cardboard, glass, plastic and compost food waste. Now we only put out one bag each week.

And as it's me who has to put it, that's a good thing!

I have a black bin for non-recycled rubbish
a green bin for recycled rubbish
and a brown bin for garden waste

They take up so much space in the garden
The black and green bins are emptied alternate weeks so as to MAKE people recycle
We don't get bags given to us either!

Bye extra bin bags to keep if you run out but you do get what you pay for as cheap one's usually burst !!

We get wheelie bins and have to fit rubbish from a family of five in it.But recycling reduces the amount of waste for the bin men and I would do this cos your also helping the environment.

Have you considered recycling your household waste? Almost everything can be recycled, our council fines people who dont!
Reduce your waste and reduce the need for so many bags!

Bin bags are really cheap to buy, so I cannot see any reason why you can't provide your own.
