Hell no don't get dressed, some people love the idea that they will not be over looked by neighbours so you can tell them you walk around naked all day everyday because you don't get over looked!
Make sure you flush the chain before they come though, I know what you men are like with things like that!

make some tea. The aroma of the tea will add an inviting smell to a house. The sense of smell is most strongly conected to memory. If you can give them a pleasant smell to go with the experience they will be more apt to remember it. Not to mention the fact that you can offer them some to make them feel a little more at home in your home.

If you want to sell it then I suggest getting dressed and brewing some fresh coffee.
If it's not your house and your landlord is selling it from under you then stay naked. Not that I'm saying that a naked you will put off a buyer!

I'd have said its best to let the agent show them round & leave the house for half hour or so, I'd be intimidated by the owner showing me around & unless I were real impressed with the house wouldn't buy it.

naw ,stay in your pjs,it will make the place seem more cozy,light some cinnamon candles,tidy up the bathroom and kitchen,put some mags on the coffee table,but definately make the bed,toss pillows,they'll probably wan't to jump in for a nap!

No, I'd stay in bed and let them see you in your natural state. Wave at them as the agent shows them the bedroom.
Leave all the dirty dishes in the sink. It'll make them feel right at home.

Nope they can take you as they find you it's your house after all!! mind you some nibbles (cheese n biscuits) and a drink or two might lighten the atmosphere!

yea...dress in skin tight leather, get a hat with a large feather in the brim and ask if they want a glass of mint tea...that ought to go over with a loud bang...lol.

Shite, Shower, Shave, make your bed, put some clothes on, tidy the place up, pull the weeds out off your garden, put some soothing music on, make some fresh coffee and make them feel welcome. You'll sell it no time.
