I planted some seeds to grow onsais noe they are about 6 inches tall how do I replant them?

Did you plant in a pot? If so, water them and carefully invert the pot and take the plants out and place in larger pots. If they are in the ground be very careful and trowel them out and place them where you want them Good luck.

did the root and all,,first dig a hole were you wanna replant then replant them
