I was told it was 70 sq feet, but no one has mentioned any height clearance, which is kind of silly since a room 70 sq feet with 5 feet of clearance shouldn't be considered legal. (Similarly this room has slanted ceilings, should the sq ft. under the slant where you cannot stand, count as living space?)

I live in Ohio and have a hibiscus plant that seems to do great outside from May - Sept, unfortunately when I bring it in for the winter, it looses it leaves, don't flower and well looks pretty pitiful. It is in a living area, gets plenty of sunlight and heat from a fireplace. Is there a certain vitamin etc that I can use. Should I trim the branches?

Thanks for the help

I have medium oak colored cabinets, black speckled countertops, creamy/beige tile on the floors, and black appliances. My dining room is red, and the adjacent (open concept) living room is beige. It can't be green because I already have another green in another room of the house. I'd like to add some interest to the room. Any suggestions???

My housekeeper doesn't always clean everything and I was hoping to put a housecleaning list together for her with tasks that need to be done 1x wk, 1x mo, etc. I've searched online and haven't found anything useful. If anyone has one they are willing to share, I'd really appreciate it. I've thought about making one myself in excel, but am worried I won't remember everything and then she might miss even more cleaning.

We bought our home last year and never really noticed that they had painted over wallpaper and border until just recently. Now, the problem being is you can really see the seams and it looks like they put at least two coats of paint on. So my question is, is there any way to get rid of the seams? How and are we in over our heads??

I have an electric water heater and last Friday it continued to heat the water but it does not get really hot! It was here before I moved here 5 years ago so I don't know how old it is! Could it be the thermostat, remember that the heat loss was sudden!

Thank you
