Check how much space you have under the counter top. That's the most important piece of information you will ever need. From there it depends on what you want.
Bosch doesn't have a food grinder in most of their washer. It has a trap that needs to be cleaned all the time otherwise you have food bits on your dishes.
If you do small loads, get a dishwasher that has two compartments that can run separately. They run about 1K, but are fantastic for smaller loads. I hate having to run the dishwasher because just the top rack is full of sippy cups and other items that can't be washed on the bottom rack.

My family has always had very good luck with Maytag. My mom has had hers for over a decade with no problems.
