What is the legal bedroom size for a room in Troy, NY (square footage and height clearance)?

I was told it was 70 sq feet, but no one has mentioned any height clearance, which is kind of silly since a room 70 sq feet with 5 feet of clearance shouldn't be considered legal. (Similarly this room has slanted ceilings, should the sq ft. under the slant where you cannot stand, count as living space?)
