Buy a thin cushion to add padding to the seat and a small one for the mid-back if needed. Attach them with self-adhesive velcro.

I guess my best answer might be,,,"How deep into, or dependant are you, with regard to Aesthetics?
A more valid issue might be a more ergonomic chair, or a lower comp/keyboard issue?
As I'm typing this, I'm sitting on/in a high end Office chair, and have a pillow under my posterior. Again, and with no offense, it might also have to do with TIME SPENT sitting?
If it happens that you're in a corporate situation, certainly there are add-on's designed specifically for the purpose of added comfort. If it happens that like ME, you're at home, and not so worried about the critique of others; manage your comfort as best you can, even with a bed pillow. In the USA, there are numerous stores, IE: JO ANN FABRICS, that sell Foam for cushioning. You might explore that route?

Yes you can, and don't let anyone tell you different. You are a fully capable human being. Just don't ask me how to do it.
