Come on what Girl wouldn't want to own an old Hairdryer and use it as furniture. It will be a Fashionable way of Recycling and you could use it whenever you did your hair at home.

My 1984 Comfortmaker Gas Furnace is having blower problems. I replaced the thermostat thinking that would fix the problem, but no luck. The problem is the blower only comes on if I put the "Thermostat Fan Switch" in the "On" position. If I put the Thermostat Fan Switch in the "Auto" position the burner comes on for about a minute (the blower doesn't start) then the burner turns itself off, I'm assuming it is turning itself off due to the blower not starting. If I keep the thermostat Fan Switch in the "ON" position it works fine. Any idea what might be wrong?

While the AC does a fantastic job of cooling my room and removing muggy air, it does make the air a little too dry. I often wake up in the morning with a highly irritated nose and throat because of it. Will my AC burn out or be overworked if I run a humidifier while I sleep?

I have a year old hayward pool vac ultra that I want to repair myself. It rides very slowly and does not cover the whole pool like it did when it was new. What part would I replace to fix this problem? Could it be an internal motion device? All the external motion devices are great (shoes, wings, flaps, turbine). Also backwashed it and has proper suction. Please help if possible. Thanks

The steam from the hot tub needs to be dissapated somehow. The popcorn ceiling started to fall from the moisture.

Well, there are many piegeons around my house and everyday they come, they sit and enjoy. Now the trouble is I end up cleaning their poo in my balcony. Trust me, they just stick on to the floor and you have to really scrub hard to get it off.
I do not want to hurt them, But please, please let me know if there is a harmless way of discouraging them from entering my balcony.
I do not want to spend money on putting mesh and it does not have aesthetic value. In fact it reduces the light into the living room.
If you know or have any innovative ideas, I would be really thankful.

I just washed some clothing, and I think I may have added a bit too much liquid fabric softener (normally i don't put too much, but this time i followed the label). Now my clothes, particularly my school uniform, seem to be too soft. Is there anyway to make them a bit more stiff, or will this just happen over time?

I have a house situated on 3000 sq meters of lawn that I
have to maintain, any suggestions how I can eliminate
some of the lawn in some type of landscape so that I
will not have so much grass to cut. I have trees and small
plants, and the plants are in a plant bed in the front of
my porch, but there is just so much grass to cut all around
the house I want to cut less, how can I do it. TKS.
