i live in south florida and most are doing great, but some are turning yellow around the edges of the leaves, then the leaves get brown and die. I think it must be some sort of disease, but i don't know- can't see any bugs. I don't want to lose all of the plants!

they're beautiful heavy duty stackable cardboard boxes with rose themes, wine themes...they're on sale about half price. I wanna buy some, but I can only think to put scarves in them. Any other suggestions? I live in a studio- so storage is very important...

I was wondering if the hand-held steam cleaners advertised will steam off mold and mildew from old tile grout. Anyone with actual experience, let me know--thanks for taking the time to answer.

I desperately need a sofa....or loveseat....or even a chair.

I am a single, disabled Mom who has not been able to work for three years. I am also still caught up in the whole appeals process for SSI.

I have lupus and have had to have my knees replaced. After three years, my resources are depleted. Please don't think I'm a deadbeat lookin' to the world to give me freebies. When I was able, I worked. I wish I still could.

I am looking to spend up to $400 on a new vacuum as my wife has some pretty nasty allergies to dust mites and molds. Any suggestions as to make/models or even just types of vacuums (bagless/bag) that I should consider. Thanks!

I've heard that it can grow 50 feet or more! If it can be grown indoors with luck, can it be pruned back without significantly affecting the health of the plant? Also, will it bloom as well as if you plant it outdoors?

First of all, let me say, I do NOT have a green thumb. I would like to be able to plant flowers that will be pretty come Spring. Usually, I go to Wal-Mart in April and buy the plants that you come home and plant. This year, we are in our own house and I thought it would be nice to be able to plant some bulbs that will come back year after year. Is it too late to plant bulbs now for Spring? I don't know. If it is, is there anything I should go ahead and plant now? Please help

My wife was scrubbing pans with a small steel wool pad with the disposal running. She dropped the pad and it fell into the disposal and it is now in there. It has been grinding up but it does not sound good so I stopped running it. What should I do? I don't know anything about plumbing and I really dont want to call a plumber if I don't have to. Will the disposal be all right to grind up the pad, or will I have to do something about it. Thank you for any advice you can give.

Ok so I have limited space and have been thinking about buying a futon for a full time bed, however I heard that they are uncomfortable. So I am wondering if anyone here uses one in this capacity, and if anyone knows any webpage’s or any resources as far as finding a nice(Comfortable) Futon. Or if you use one in this capacity that is comfortable where did you buy yours. thanks.
