Working on the higher end houses we install alot of different name brand products. Moen is one of the best brands for the price out there. If you call the manufacturers 800 number and speak with someone, they will as said above, send you the parts free and pretty fast. There are alot of other brands out there but stay away from price phister, delta, glacier bay, american standard. They dont back their products nearly as well, and they have alot of parts that are made cheaply, not lasting as long. Remember that believe it or not 4 yrs on a faucet is pretty decent. If you are in need of a part or two call moen. They are so easy to fix compared to most brands out there, even for the not so handy consumer. In the end you will get what you pay for. So if you are shopping by price alone dont go cheap. Expect to pay in the ballpark starting at around $200 for a good faucet. But unless its just a new faucet you want, call moen first. Also Try looking at a plumbing supply store. The same products you will see come with better parts at these stores than what you will get at typical home improvement stores. The plumbing supply stores carry the set ups that are installed by professionals, so they will have things such as metal drain tailpieces instead of plastic, etc...

I love Moen faucets, and they are usually very high quality products. If you contact them, I bet they will replace your faulty faucet:) If you just want to change to a new one and not bother with it, I would suggest going to Lowe's or Home Depot...they both have good displays, and plenty to choose from. You can spend as much or as little as you want:) My best tip would be to go and find a model that you like, and then go to eBay and buy it~ brand new for 1/2 price and still have your warranty! That's what I did when I replaced all of mine;)
Good Luck!

when we re did the ones in our house, every plumber i spoke with, (4) told us that moen was the best made faucet out there. two or three of the fancy named ones are hard to get parts for, or change the inner parts design mid production. we put kholer fixtures in and we were considering their faucets, but were advised that if we did, we should buy the repair parts at the same time so that we would have the correct ones for a repair! sorry to hear that you had bad luck with yours, in the ten years that we've had ours, the only repair was an o ring in the neck. and that was probably my fault as i dropped a hot pot against it and most likely pinched it. well, that's the word from all that i've spoken with, good luck with whichever new one you choose.

Go with style and budget.

Keep in mind Moen has a lifetime warranty on parts. If you call their service number, they will help you identify what is wrong and overnight the necessary parts to your door.

Get in tough with Moen. I had a problem, and without questioning me at all they made it right. I'd say they are a class act.

You can buy repair parts but not being much of a Moen fan, I will suggest Price/Phister. Kind of pricey but well made.
