We bought a Bosch 1440 a year ago second hand (front loader). In the beginning, there was some bacterial fouling at the rubber band, so we cleaned it as much as possible and we got it clean. After a year though, especially dark clothing started to stink like some kind of decay or mildew, but the front rubber band is not dirty, so I suppose it must be somewhere inside the machine - but where? I've bought a washingmachine cleaner in Germany, used it, no effect, I bought one a stronger one in South Korea, used it, no effect... I'm not sure what else I could do with it? Thx for all answers!

I got a bench at a yard sale that is wooden and it is solid and the wood is hard. I want to know if ti would stand up to the weather outside. I have the perfect spot for it in my garden but I don't know if it would stand up outside. What do you think?

The burners won't start up all the time and unit is just blowing cold air. If I wiggle and unplug / plug wires back into the module, the burners start up and unit runs correct. The furnace came with the house and I have no operators manual. This all happened at 3:00 am so I wasn't totally alert and didn't read the coding from the indicator light. I will be taking a closer look today after work but I was just wondering if anyone with this model of furnace had the same problem and what did they do to fix it.

I don't have any but always wondered. How do they wash them?
Do you use boot polish, or send them to the dry cleaners?

Often wonder when I see people wearing them, if they're clean, not too easy to clean them.

How high trees are allowed to grow in the back gardens in the UK. My neighbour asked me to cut my trees short. I planted these trees 6 years ago and I was waiting for the moment they grow high enough to give me some privacy when I sit in my garden. I'm not the type who have garden parties unlike most of my neighbours. The neighbour asked to cut the trees as they block the light into his garden, which is not completely true. Does anyone know anything about the law in the UK regarding that? Thanks!

I'm looking for the best way to clean a wood floor in a bar... Yes, it gets filthy- dirt, cigarette ashes and butts, food, spilled drinks. It has a poly. coat on it. The previous owners were using an all-purpose cleaner on it, mopping it like 5 times (sweeping w/ a push broom before mopping). But I think this technique just pushes the dirt around and doesnt actually clean it up. The cleaner I also believe leaves the floor looking hazey and just doesn't clean well. Any suggestions?
