I need help, where do I light the pilot for my oven. I have tried looking for the burner but I do not see any thing. Please help. I had an appoinment for the gas and electric company to come out and turn it on and they never showed.

I got a rubber tree from my mother after my father funeral. I am losing a lot of leaves,mostly lower ones. I water it about once a week. Let it get dry then water it. It is in a small pot. Its about 3 feet tall. My mother could not keep it because of her cats. I dont want to lose this plant. It reminds me of my dad. Please help.

I'm building an armoire (approx 72" x 30" x 24"). It'll be standard deal, three drawers below a doored set of shelves. For the carcass, should I use 1/2, 5/8, or 3/4 plywood?

People with knowledege only please respond. (No "well if u use 3/4 itll be stronger" comments).

i tryed reeciteding , as was suggested early no work, it is capable of charging , but it won't stay with it, it's a 5k watt 110-220 volt brushless genator, i'm not sure how to check the rotor out

My little boy decided to have an art lesson on our newly decorated cream living room wallpaper but I am at a loss at to what to use to remove the blue ink from a ballpoint pen as something too strong will probably bleach the wallpaper. Any advice?

I've gone through many websites, but i'm still quite confused. First you mix the Lye with water, then you heat the Oil (example - if it's lime soap, Do you add Lime oil? or something else?...then what about the color? and the scent?..please help...Need a a very simple basic formula, as this is my first time.

I would like to know what the average cost is for altering a shirt that needs to be taken in one size. I need the shirt to be more fitted by tightening the sides and sleeves. I think there will be a lot of cloth removed. Any ideas of how much it will be?

Let me clarify-

I am finishing my basement and drawing up plans. I plan to get it permitted. Unfortunately, the only place a bathroom would work happens to be in the area of the main electrical panel. If I enclose it in a closet accessible from outside the bathroom, it makes the bathroom too small. Is it possible to have the electric panel in the bathroom in an enclosed cabinet of some sort? (The bathroom will have a shower, so I don't know if moisture will be a problem).

Suggestions would be much appreciated.

My county adheres to the national building code, 2003 edition.

I left a damp sponge on an heirloom dresser for two days, and discovered this watermark the size of an apple. I have heard that mayonaisse would deminish the mark, but it did not help. This is the only flaw on the dresser. Any suggestions?

we recetly purchased a home and have gotten rid of the ciagrette smoke smeel and stains with lots of scrubbing and then kills paint- but the living room is rustic and has rough wood planks on the walls (cedar or something like it). any ideas of how to clean/get the smell out of these???
