stretch marks are permenant. but you can minimize them. however be careful not to buy a scar cream that THINS the skin. since stretch marks are inverted scars where the skin is already thinner it can actually make the appearance of stretch marks WORSE! you can buy many over the counter creams. i suggest cocoa and shea butter to start with it may take a month or so to see a difference depending on how bad they are (i suggest palmers brand it worked wonders when i had a car accident it minimized all scars inverted and raised) also viamin e oil and pills are great for scars and all of these options are natural.

Recently following an accident I was advised by the nurses to rub E45 onto the scar in a circular motion with my fingertips, it's working, the scar is fading. I don't know what it does for stretch marks but it's worth a try.

You can. A stretch mark is a tear below the surface of the skin, it's there forever but they do fade from red to silvery white with time. Learn to live with them, they're not so bad, or try plastic surgery.

Don't waste your money buying products to REMOVE stretch marks once you have them. They may fade with time but you cannot remove them. The products in the shops may help PREVENT them ie; if you are pregnant and use creams and lotions for the whole 9 months. If you are pregnant, try not to put on too much weight too fast and then try not to lose it too fast.

You cant remove them unfortunately.
You can help make them appear less obvious by body brushing regularly, avoiding caffeine and applying a lotion. Palmers Cocoa Butter helps!

sandpaper works well on warts, so try that. If you dont have any sandpaper try lying down on a beach and wriggling around
- thats probably how you got stretch marks in the first place

Nivea sculpting and smoothing cream is just great for that! Available from Boots or Superdrug and probably lots of other chemists.
