I am trying to replace a fluorescent t-10 bulb, but it burns dim. What am I doing wrong? HELP!!!?

are you sure its a t-10? Most bulbs now are T-8 and the older ones are T-12

You might not be doing anything wrong. Some bulbs take a bit of time to warm up, especially when they're new.

The other bulb needs replacing as well. If the connections are good, then your ballast needs replacing,
