Trust me after folding laundry for a hotel for about a few years I have learned the secerts. The best things to do for a flat sheet is make sure that your ends stay together. For a fitted fold the corners into each other and the fold in half, and keep folding over till it is little. I know that sounds hard but believe me keep going at it and you will get it.....it just takes practice.. :)

You want to fold the sheets in half,to do this take the two corners hold them in your hand, and work across to the other side when you get those two corners then fold over to meet the other two that you started out with. Now you have folded the sheet in half, and then folded it again to one quarter(a perfect square)Now fold that in half and then you fold the next one to the middle of the sheet and fold again to the end. Perfect. I hope this makes sense.

Definitely, lay them on the floor. (Make sure your floor is clean) If there are fitted corners tuck them in first.

If your floor is clean, you can lay it out on the floor and do it that way. Not very hard.

Well, you could lay it across the bed and do it. If you are on your own, why bother?, just stuff it in a drawer.
