The burners won't start up all the time and unit is just blowing cold air. If I wiggle and unplug / plug wires back into the module, the burners start up and unit runs correct. The furnace came with the house and I have no operators manual. This all happened at 3:00 am so I wasn't totally alert and didn't read the coding from the indicator light. I will be taking a closer look today after work but I was just wondering if anyone with this model of furnace had the same problem and what did they do to fix it.

Read the diagnostic code and let me know what it's telling you. I will guide you from there.

All of these new computer controlled furnaces have diagnostic leads on them, it is important to get that code. Simply turning off the power to the unit causes the circuit board to forget all fault codes and automatically restarts. When you took off the bottom door, it was just like turning the power off, due to your door interlock switch, prevents the unit from running while hands and fingers are in the way. If this scenario happens again, look for the diagnostic lights, they should be blinking, get the number of blinks, then turn off the power switch on the wall, it will restart, then call a technician for repairs, this will help the tech get in and out faster therefore costing you less on a service call

Usually if a burner will not stay on the over temperature safety is bad. When you disconnect the wires you most likely are resetting the safety causing the furnace to come on again for awhile

The first thing you want to check is the filter. If the filter is overly dirty it will cause the high limit switch to trip causing the burner to shut off. You will then only have the fan circulating the air.
