I asked this last night and got no answers so here goes again..... The oven will turn on and cook on the lowest temperature but turning the nozzle has no effect on the size of the flame/temperature. The grill and hob work fine. Anybody had a problem like this? How much for a corgi registered man to come out and fix it? It's a year old.

Tree is a grafted 3ft tangerine loaded with fruit when we bought it 6 mos. ago, but has not done well since. Fruit has not grown and barely changed from green to a mild yellow color.

I'm ripping out my bathroom and have gotten to the shower area. My shower drips a bit and I want to turn the water off completely to these showers. Is there typically a shut off value behind the wall? Or do I have to kill the supply to the whole house?

Thanks!

it is a brand new heater a handyman installed but it only puts out hot water for a minute then gets cold. the cold water pipe is warmer than the hot water pipe. the handy man put the old expansion tank back on. the temp for the heater is set around 130 degrees.

I'm planning on painting my bedroom, and I was wondering if it would be dangerous for my cat to be in the house. Obviously I'm not going to let him in the room, but since our house isn't very big, I'm worried that it still may be dangerous for him. Is it?

We wan to remodel our basement. To install and drop ceiling I need our piping that feeds our homes baseboard heaters tucked up in the floor joist. Right now the trunk line is 2.5 inch black pipe. I want to rip this out and put copper in, however the cost of copper right now is insane. Does anybody know if there is an alternative to copper pipe when usage is for home heating. I understand PVC can be used for hot water to faucets but is it okay for radiator heat? Thanks to all that respond.........................Highly appreciated.
