I have installed one system myself and know how worrying it can be, and how lonely you feel if something goes wrong on a DIY install..

Since this is a new setup I'd first verify that all lines are connected correctly (i.e. outlet to inlet and not reversed) and that the pressure in the tank is correct (not too high). If so, try systematically loosening fittings working backward from the tank outlet to see if you have any flow. Maybe there is some debris plugging a line, or one of the filters had a plastic cover that should have been removed and is plugging up the flow? For example, have you verified that the line to (or from) the tank is open (i.e. not tightened so far it is plugged)? If everything checks out consider defective filters or RO membrane ... warranty issue ... and call the store you bought it from, or as a last resort call a water treatment specialist and get professional help to a) fix the problem and b) get support for any warranty claim.

Hope this helps.
