after being washed. I especially like the answers about hard water and 20 mule team borax. I tried the borax and the smell is better, but there is a new problem: some of the clothes I take out seem totally "encrusted" with detergent or the borax, I don't know. I am not using too much of either. What is wrong now? Please help!

I have a lighted box sign with a heavy duty banner type front. The banner is stretched over the box. The sign is white. The backside is covered in mildew so that if I turn the sign on, you can see the dirt through the sign. I can get up on a ladder to clean it. I would imagine scrubbing it with a brush wouldn't hurt. Is there anything that I can spray that will remove the mildew or make it come off when I scrub? It is made out of a material similar to the awnings on RVs. Anyone know what I can use?

I just bought an older home and I need ideas on what color to paint the kitchen. The cabinets are a dark cherry and the kitchen also has chair rails. Above the chair rails I am going to paint an eggshell white but I want a stand out color for below the chair rails. Previously there was wall paper (didn't like it). I also want a color that want clash with the dark cherry cabinets. Please give some advice or ideas?

I've just bought a new house and have been looking at sofa suites for the living room. I've seen one I like but I've never done this before and I'm paranoid that it won't fit through the door. Can anyone do the maths for me and let me know if it will fit? The door is about 73cm by 190cm and the sofa is 196cm long, 92cm deep and 90cm high.

At first I thought I had 2 lemon trees and 1 lime tree. Now it looks as if the lemon trees turned out to be orange trees and the lime turned into a grapefruit tree. Now they are almost ripe and one of the orange trees, the fruit is orange, the other fruit on the other tree is still really dark green and little more tart than the other trees fruit. I am just really confused as to what are these trees and what kind of fruit are they producing? I am very new to any citrus fruit growing. I come from Michigan and we grow Apples up there. If any know a site to go to, to indentify these fruits, or if this sounds familur to anyone i would appreciate any and all help. THANKS!!
