I tried to raise the BAR thingy as it was on 0. I thought i,d turned the pressure screw off, but i hadnt. The BAR went to 4 and next morning my boiler blew up and LOADS of water came out of it.
I did notice the water came frm right side first, then it just poured out. (i did sit and sob for a little while)
Its a BIASE PRISMA 28SE i think its a combi boiler?????
Have i totally f..... it or can it be repaired?

I need some sticky stuff that can be put on clothes but can be washed off. It can't be REALLY sticky either where if it touches something, the two things won't seperate.

Is this normal business practice or is this someone whom is just trying to get to you for a few extra bucks?

I recently hired a plumbing company to come out to my house and do a pressure check on my natural gas lines. Do they normally charge for drive time and then charge for fuel on top of that? Just curious, not that I mind paying for there gasoline out here because I know how much fuel prices are these days. But he began his hourly billing from what he considered to be his dispatch time which included the time it took him to drive here and the time he spent in my driveway on the phone with a previous customer.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

It has some stains that I'm really tired of looking at. They've probably been burned in. The texture is messed up in places, too.

I'm thinking some kind of paint process. Cheap. Doesn't have to look perfect, just has to look better than it does. Can't afford to replace them, don't want to spend hours cutting new pieces of laminate to fit perfectly only to find out it doesn't, etc.

Any suggestions?

I use the recommended amount of Cascade and most often even use the rinse and hold cycle. I have made sure that my rinse agent is full and still my dishes are coming out dirty, mostly the silverware.

I am looking to replace the clogged Microbore pipes that feed the downstairs radiators (Poss radiators also).
Would appreciate some advice, was going to replace like for like (copper), been told job would be much easier if I used plastic flexi pipe.
Can you advise???

The camera is a Nikon F80 SLR with a back cover that allows date printing. The cover is made of plastic probably some kind of thermoplastic. I have no idea how the sticky substance got onto the camera or what it is exactly (got there after my sis used the camera). It looks and feels like the sticky grime that some stickers leave on certain surfaces after you peel off the sticker. I've tried wiping it with mild soap solution but that wasn't very helpful. They only way I know of removing the substance is by slowly and painstakingly scraping it to the side and then pinching it off but it takes forever and no matter how hard I try there's always going to be some grime left over. Please help. Many thanks!

I just stained a piece of furniture, and a small part of it is MDF, and while you can't see much of that, it says it can be stained.

I used this product on the rest of the softwood spruce:

And then I stained it with this:

Now I'm wondering, should I put on pre-stain conditioner for the MDF as well or skip that and just stain.....? What sort of process should I take in this?
