I suspect water is seeping out through the pores of marble tiles in our bathroom shower area which causes the wall behind it to show signs of humidiy. What do I use to seal marble tiles and how do I do it ?

I was digging up some of my plants to bring in for the winter....

Was going to keep them under a light.....

but, when I opened the bag, I noticed that it wreaked of gasoline...

((we had a generator on the porch and a kid we knew tried to drain it while we were gone.... Needless to say it spilled out..... and the garden soil soaked it up)).......

The soil looks useable..... But, I'm almost afraid to use it....

What do you think?....

Should I use it?......

I need someone to explain to me how you put the lights on the tree by weeving them up and down the branch? Where do you start? I have been on web sites every where and they say to do this because it makes it glow from inside out and I have seen it done on pre lit trees. So can anyone explain this to me like your talking to a 5 year old? LOL

I am planning to install a furnace humidifier soon. My son has asthma and is very sensitive to dry air. One concern I have is whether the furnace humidifier will grow mold inside the furnace, the humidifier itself or grow mold inside the house. I know that mold is not good for the people with asthma either. I hope that someone with a furnace humidifer can tell me his expereince. Much appreciated. Thanks.

The stove is in the wall seperate from the range. The range works and she said that is all she has to supply a tenant under New York law. They are both gas if that matters at all.

My sister brought over her new puppy 2 weeks ago, and the puppy went pee on my carpet. It smells so bad! When it first happened to blotted it all up, sprayed carpet stain on it, and cleaned it up. I could still smell it. I had my carpets shampooed - still smelled. I then tired Nature's Miracle - it still smells. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS STINCH? There is no stain, just odor.

The house is open right now with no drywall on the walls. We may need to add 3-4 breakers also.

Thanks

The tree is about 15 feet tall and I have noticed an abundance of fruit on it every year. The lemon is small (about 1.5" in diameter) and is not smooth and waxy, but kind of fuzzy. I had no idea lemon trees could grow in the ground like this in Oklahoma, it is a beautiful tree.

Do those spray cleaners at discount stores made for silk flowers work on them?

I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

I live in South Mississippi and I am addicted to growing plants from seed. I grew lavender in the spring, I was hoping there is some kind of plant I can grow in the fall.

My whole back yard is concrete which I am trying to remove. I used a sledge hammer but found it very slow plus being 6 inches thick not easy. Would an electric Jack hammer do the job? Thinking of buying like a Dewalt for around $600 but wanted advice befor buying. Was quoted $3000 from a demo company so felt I could do it myself over time.
