it will be harder if you live in an apartment, but it can be done. first clean up everything. put food, packages, clothes, books in either plastic bags, or better yet, plastic storage containers, then use roach powder with boric acid. spread it around the house, very thickly. leave for at least a week . don't pick it up, only remove dead roaches. then once most are killed, keep dishes cleaned, cover food, keep things clean, don' t leave dog or cat food out at night, etc then keep using roach powder on a regular basis, and that should do it. also can get leaves and branches from neem tree and put under sink, in closets ect. roaches hate this stuff.

I think u hav answered ur own ques. If your room is dirty, its bound to attract insects & rodents. Pls clean your room, dry out damp places, clean kitchen regularly, dont let water stagnate near or around your house. Cockroaches usually enter thru the drainage pipe in the bathroom/kitchen sink. Keep these covered during the night/not in use & use insect repellents like BAYGON/HIT.Use napthalene balls in cupboards & suitcases. Dont be shy to use your slippers when required.

Just catch them one by one, mix mustard oil, onion, garlic etc. with a fair amount of sauce and fry in your fry-pan. Then deliver it to your family-members. This is the cheapest and most intelligent way to get rid of cockroaches in your home.

you need to bomb your house. you can get the bombs at your local supermarket and it sounds like you may need to double the dosage, maybe 6 cans instead of three. But first, clean the hell out of your house. Throw out everything in your cabinets, foodwise, that can be thrown out. Clear out your cabinets as much as you can so the fumes can get to the trouble spots easier. Try to place as many as your dishes in the dishwasher as possible and then wash the rest aftwerwards. Clean any cracks and crevises. It's real simple, deep clean, bomb, and then stop being dirty.

One good idea would be to have naptholine balls in all wash basin and kitchen sinks and all the corners of your home. You have to re-place them after around 15 days. This will help you a lot and its a very cost effective solution and it works....

If its your home or you are renting get a pest man in to spray the place out
if you are just on holidays get some traps at the supermarket
you can spray with a roach spray as well around the edges of the rooms & in cupboards etc or just spray the roach with fly spray

He also said in his State of the Union Address, "We will double our exports over the next five years, an increase that will support 2 million jobs in America". I wonder how that is coming along. Bottom line what he says is not the actions we see.
