Chimney help, what is it where can i find1?

during construction in the back yard a small cast iron door was dammaged
and cant find out what it is or where to buy 1 ( online or other ) i would think it would be called a cleanout door or something like this,,,,help

Yes, it is a cleanout door. Try a building supply house. Or a building contractor should be able to help. Or look up Chimney in the yellow pages.
