always read the label on toilet cleaning products if they don't say safe for septic tanks don't use it ...................... if you kill the bacteria your tank will not work

Since I use a lot of bleach in cleaning, I use Rid-X on a regular basis.Bleach can break down the "Good bacteria " and the septic will not do it's job well.

Your septic will break down the solids on its own and using this product will cause it to over process the waste and cause problems. My septic guy said do not use

Rid X is made for septic systems and it works well to dissolve solid waist..you should use it once a month.. we have never had any problems with it..

Just had my septic tanked pumped out and they added something similar to aid in breakdown in the tank. He also gave me packets to put in the toilet once a month (just as RidX suggests).

It won't hurt........and if it only helps a little it's still a plus for you. Believe me, it's cheaper than getting it pumped out and reactivated!

Your septic system needs no help, so spending money for something that does no good is stupid.
