We have 4 bathrooms. The only one with a problem is the one closest to the septic tank. I've heard bubbling a couple of times and it doesn't flush cleanly. Drains and other toilets work fine. We had a houseful of company for two weeks. They left a week ago. Not sure if that is part of the cause or not. It didn't start giving us problems until after they left. Is a plumber the only way to solve the problem? I put half a bottle of Liquid Plummer in the toilet and let it stand for 15 minutes. It didn't work.

I hate when I'm walking on a sidewalk with trees or bushes, a yellow jacket will just out of nowhere burst out the bush or tree and get all up in your face (and I mean like inches away from your nose, I can see every black stripe on their body)! Then, I can either run in the opposite direction and look crazy or stupid or I can just try to walk around it or swat it away - and get stung. I've gotten stung on my face and neck before. Is this normal yellowjacket behavior?

We are considering purchasing a home where the previous owner smoked. Will changing the carpet and repainting the walls get rid of the smell? What else can we do to make sure the home will be safe and comfortable to live in? Thanks.

I've had this oil-filled air heater for about 5 years now. It's about 3 feet high and stays on the floor where i can adjust the temperature and stuff so I can warm up the room. Since there's oil in it, do I need to worry about buying a new heater soon? Does the oil burn out or something after X amount of years?
