If the seepage is on the roof,
it may be due to improper
laying of the brick tiles on the roof,
where RCC was casted.
If it is so, please uproot the brick
tiles and have it redone with proper
earh filling and give proper sloping
to ensure quick clearance of the
rain water.

Also please ensure that the rain water
pipes are not chocked at all.

If the walls are seeping, then it could
be due the bricks and improper
plastering. The bricks used to make
the walls were not of best quality. The
bricks must not have been A class.
If the bricks are not fully baked in a kiln,
they start disintegrating and swollen after getting
moisted, even if they are having
plaster around it. Which results in
seepage.

If it so, please get the bricks changed
immediately and new bricks be
laid in its' place and mix water proofing
compound with the cement and sand
for relaying the bricks and replastering.
This may involve a few days' work,
but the problem will be solved for ever.

If there is a small leakage and you are able
to identify the place of leakage, please
reach the same place and apply
the mixture of M Seal to dry it.

You had better call either the roofer or the builder on this one. Apparently, somebody screwed up BAD.
Good luck.
