Put a papertowel behind the ink spot then spray old fashion hair spray, (cheap works great) on the spot and blot with another papertowel. You may have to do this several times make sure you use a clean spot on the papertowel each time and get a new papertowel as needed. It works good but usually takes several times. Then spot treat the area and launder as usual. Don't put the item in the dryer this first washing though just to make sure the spot is out completely. If it isn't go back to the hair spray and blot. This has always worked for me but just in case it doesn't work, you can try glycerin. You can find glycerin at the drug store, it is a thick gel like alcohol. Just dab it on and again blot with a paper towel. It can be a tedious chore but it works. Hope it works for you.

Go to a dollar store and buy cleaner called Awesome, soak it 4 awhile, then take a small brush or fingernail and most everything comes out with that stuff.
