Are any grants available to OAP for installation of central heating?

We are about to go into a local authority OAP Bungalow that has no functional heating system - what are our rights?

You need to go to your local welfare office. I think there is a national plan called SEIDA, or something like that.They are only allowed so much money a year so you had better hurry and find out.
