I don't want to use something harmful to the birds but am wondering if anybody else has had this problem and solved it? The bees have taken over, covering every feeding hole on the feeder..The poor hummingbirds fly by, take one look, and leave. I used to have at least 10-15 that fed every day, all day. Help!

Many contractors are staying here at the motel and of course many of them insist on going fishing on their days off. But they like to cook their fish right outside of their room and of course it stinks up the room. any suggestions?

There was major long-term water damage from a leaky shower which caused the wood in the walls to turn to mush. I've ripped the shower stall completely out along with the wood/wall frame-work. Now I need to replace or re-frame the wood, but don't know how many nails should be used to connect everything properly.

The walls in questions are very important structurally since they're exterior AND join to form a corner of the house.

Each vertical 2 x 4 will be placed between the horizontal "sill/sole" plate (directly on the foundation) & the horizontal "ceiling plate" (don't know the official name of that one.

Ultimately I need to know how many nails should be used to connect the vertical stud's bottom and top end to the wall (& the adjoining "fire block" about midway).

Thanks for your time!

I want to build a concrete yard pond, kidney shaped, and have seen ponds done with no plastic liners. I have seen people use river rock and belgiun blocks then cemented them together, placing bottom stones first, cementing them in , then adding side stones, cementing etc... My question is has anyone done this and how deep does it need to be to prevent solid freezing in winter. I live in Pittsburgh, Pa. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks!!

I have a constant puddle under the left front of my fridge and I notice the inside back wall of freezer , if you push on it sounds crunches like ice in there and also ice on the floor of my freezer side the appliance is only about 6 years old. We did use compressed air to clean the coils and everything under the appliance. I can't find where the drain hose is to try to clean it out.
