There is only one thing that effectively removes ink. Go to any automotive section and get a spray can of carbuerator cleaner. Use it outside so you don't smell up the house. Stretch your jeans over a chair or something so you can spray down on the ink and force it out of the fabric on the bottom side. This is an effective way of ink removal from cotton fabric with no color loss.

There is a product called exit soap that works so well with ink stains I have never come across a stain to stubborn. Its cheap, works like a charm and lasts a long time.

if you havent already tried to wash them the try to spray the ink with ladies hair spray then rub over with a block of soap then rinse in warm water should do the trick
