I have a constant puddle under the left front of my fridge and I notice the inside back wall of freezer , if you push on it sounds crunches like ice in there and also ice on the floor of my freezer side the appliance is only about 6 years old. We did use compressed air to clean the coils and everything under the appliance. I can't find where the drain hose is to try to clean it out.

You need to defrost your freezer first to make it easier. The drain should be somewhere behind those walls, most likely in the back wall of the freezer. You need to remove some parts to get to it. Try defrosting first, it might work. When you find the drain, clean it by using an air compressor. Good luck1
