I like feeding wildlife too, don't get me wrong but his pile of seeds attracts pigeons, squirrels, rats and who knows what else. When the seeds get rotten, he hoses the whole mess down and it floods my yard! Oh yes, we live in a big city, not a rural area.

Right now there are over 30 pigeons out on the electric and phone wires and they are making a mess on everything.

I have done some house work and the landlord said they would pay it all but they haven't done so what's the best way the tell them you want your cash?There's another thing, we've been having some problems w/rodents, we are very clean and I have done everything like put traps and stuff but it doesn't work. Is this something hte landlord has to take care or is it our problem? PLEASE HELP!!!! I HAT E MICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we have never seen him, only droppings in the same area for two months. Called a professional and he said he could do nothing until the house is completly closed up. We still are waiting for siding and soffit and facia. Getting kind of nervous!!
