Best would be call a repairman because something caused that thermal fuse to go bad. The exhaust on your dryer might be clogged or not getting enough airflow.

most likely you have one side of your 220 off or out. or you have it wired with both wire on the same 110 side. or half the breaker is fried. your dryer works with two circuits. each 110 and each run separate parts of the dryer. the drum is turning but there's no heat and the timer is on the heat circuit. check for 220 volts at the dryer. it will be 110. then check the breaker. IF you are not familiar with electrical wiring then please get someone who is
