It could be a couple of things:
1. Not enough combustion air getting to the pilot light
2. Not enough consistant gas flow.
3. If there is an outside air intake for the pilot/make up air, the intake opening could be too wide allowing wind to simply blow it out.
Either way call a repairman to look at it, gas is extremely dangerous to mess around with if you are not qualified

By the pilot there is a sensor that heats up in the flame which in turn heats up an expanding gas in thin tube which then opens the valve for the gas supply. You open this manually when you light the pilot light. It may be that this sensor has moved and is no longer being heated properly. It may be that there has been some alteration in the area of the boiler that is causing the flame to blow away from the sensor or more likely the sensor arrangement needs replacing. You need a CORGI registered plumber to check it. That reminds me my boiler needs serving I must give Alan a ring

Could be one of three causes. 1. Draught from a nearby doorway (Most unlikely). 2. Dirt or "lint" in the pilot jet that will require taking apart and cleaning. Also pilot gas pressure may need adjusting. 3. The thermocouple that senses the flame is begining to fail. It will eventually fail completely. Replace the thermocouple. All the above work should be carried out by a registered Corgi gas installer.

It does sound like the thermo couple, but if the thermo couple has an interupter in it, it could be overheating which would cause your pilot light to go out! What boiler is it? (BG Engineer)

It either needs a clean or turning up. Don't try this yourself (if you understood enough to do it, you wouldn't be asking the question).
It sounds like your boiler is due for a service. If it's recently been serviced, get them back to do it properly.

The Thermo-couple needs to be replaced, it acts as a safety device and shuts down the gas valve if the pilot goes out, they get worn after a while.

it sounds like you need a new thermal coupler-it's the thingy that lights the fire . it costs about $4-$5 and is really easy to replace.

Sounds like a bad flame sensor to me. You should call a pro to look at it.
