Help me!! OK, here is what happened
Yesterday I went to school and my friend was there, she looked kinda tired, but she said she wasnt getting enough sleep and that she was fine. So later on at lunch, we were eating together and she had hersheys chocolate and she broke a piece off for me and my other friend, and we ate it. Later on we were in gym and we were partners and we had to hook elbows and hold hands and stuff like that, i never touched my face or anything cuz i am a real germaphobic. i HATE throwing up i have severe emetophobia. I washed my hands a lot yesterday and today at school she didnt come in. I asked my teacher why and he said she either had the stomach virus from catching it from her mom or she said her stomach hurt and her mom was keeping her home for precautions. He said he was not sure which. So now, 26 1/2 hours after i was last in contact with her, I only have a headache no stomach virus symptoms, but do you think i will catch it? im really scared no joke answers

I've always been pretty sickly growing up especially with respiratory colds, pneumonia and bronchitis. Now as an adult I still get four or five bouts of bad colds and bronchitis per year. My boyfriend hardly ever gets sick and we have the same diet, exercise habits. I assume I just have a low immunity but I was wondering if there were ways to help prevent colds. I know all about taking zinc and vitamin tablets. When I get hit with colds and bronchitis, I get hit pretty hard. Some people are able to still go to work and school but I find it pretty hard to leave the sofa. Anyone else out there who has the same problem or has suggestions?

I have had a head cold for the past 3 days, are there any remedies that can be used to relieve the pain. I have seriously gone through a box of tissues today. My nose just seems to be so blocked that I cant breath. Any help would be great. Thanks

I had my gallbladder removed 6 years ago,and ever since,I will have intermittent pain in the upper right quadrant of my abdoman ( where my gallbladder was.) It seems as though stress and certain foods aggravate it.Does anyone else have this problem,and if so,what helps you?

Ever since I was 10, I have been significantly overweight (137 pounds at age 10). As I have gotten older, my weight has steadily gone up. I am now 21, 6'1", and weigh 310 pounds. I just really want to know, even though I have never really had any health problems regarding my weight (aside from the fact that I am more than 100 pounds overweight), am I in any immediate danger of health problems?

I guess I do have a drinking problem, and I don't want to be known as a drunk, especially just being out of high school. Does anyone have tips on getting over cravings? Without support groups or AA or rehab. I don't want to die of liver disease before 40. I don't think I'm going to like being sober... but if I can get past the cravings it'll help me a lot.

Even fresh almonds that are not roasted. at times I can eat apples sometimes NOT strawberries are iffy.Definatly no melon of any type. But at times my body will NOT reject them.

me and my friends were wrestling and he slapped me on my ear...immediately following i lost some hearing...i have bad hearing anyway...this was about 3 days ago...i stil havent regained full hearing and my ear still hurts...also whenever i sneeze or blow my nose air litterally blowsout of my ear wth a loud whistling sound tht other can hear...i have tubes in my ear so im not sure if it has something to do with that o i busted m eardrum...so if anyone can help me out be much appreciated
