Even when you have everything normal with your ear, it will still cause considerable damage to your eardrum when you force air with a flat blow to your ear.

I hope you havent damaged it irreparably.
Please go see a specialist ASAP.

So I went to get my sons ear pierced years ago (10) years and I said which ear should he get it in. She says, Left is Right,,and Right is wrong. So here I'm thinking perfect time to embarrass her and I said oh good, then he will take it in the right ear and she says, ummm that'sssssss the gayyy ear, I said I know, he's gay. I think she about died then my son laughs and says, no mom that's you that's gay. I have it done in my left ear. That poor girl had no clue who was or wasn't gay. LOL

You might have ruptured your eardrum. See your doctor.
