What the hell. Why does it matter? I saw a reconstructive surgeon last Sunday and I didn't even think about worrying. If you want to wear it, wear it. if you don't you don't. Only wear it if you're bored, single and trying to attract the surgeon.
Sorry but there was no point in this question.

For an initial consultation on facial restructuring it doesn't matter too much but it would be better without so he can see exactly what he needs to do. Good luck.
