What experience has anyone had with taking Topamax for Migrains?

How long does it take for topamax to start working?

I was on topamax for migraine prevention but, unfortunately, I suffered severe side effects from it so it had to be discontinued. The neurologist had told me to give it from 4 to 12 weeks (1 to 3 months) to see if it would be effective. I never made it past 2 weeks before he pulled me off the medication. I hope it works for you!
