So much to do, so much to enjoy. I am reading 6 books, simultaneaously all unrelated to each other and informative and non-fiction, offcourse. I am interested in everything. I would rather stay awake than go to sleep. Normally, I get maximum 6 hours of sleep, everyday, average being much less than that. I enjoy everything and have many hobbies and find time for everything. I hate to waste it by sleeping. I have dark rings under by eyes and the doc says I have fat around my liver.
Is this caused by sleeping too little or is my diet incorrect? Also how does one get rid of fat around the liver?
Does anyone else also feel there is so much to enjoy and do in this limitted lifetime we have, that we should enjoy it as much as possible?
Are there side effect to sleeping less than normal. I drink more than 10 cups of rooibos (red bush) tea without milk, everyday and am 15kg over weight. Don't smoke, don't exercise, don't drink, don't consume dairy prod except for the occassional choc.
