There is a shortage of over 50,000 pharmacist in the US, pharmacies need to close for days because they do not have enough employees, people are waiting in line to receive bad service ( because the pharmacists are working to hard)....
On the other hand, the National board of pharmacy (NABP) doesn't case about anything but money. It is not important to them that there are 3000, "Harvard Material", pharmacists that are trying to be licensed. When I call the NABP, they just ignore the problem and repeat the same record.
I would like to make it public, the solution exist, at least part of it, but I do not find someone, with influence, that actually cares.
Any suggestions?
