I find the best thing to eat when you have a sore stomach and diarrhea is scrambled eggs on toast. It has a lot of water and salt in the eggs, But the toast is something solid to sit in your gut. Chicken soup and some bread is also quite good.
Hope that helps :0)

really good foods to eat are pretzels (the small hard kind, not the big soft pretzels)
the salt will absorb your stomach fluid(or atleast some of it) and the pretzels are something solid and sturdy to have in your stomach.
yogurt isnt that great because it has alot of fluid and your body hardly digests it, it just sorda goes through your body, worsening your diarrhea.
hope i helped :)

If you have diaraeah then you shouldn't eat anything for 24 hours. Just water, tea, or Ginger ale. After 24 hours you can begin eating easy to digest things such as applesauce, crackers, rice, and toast....absolutley NO dairy. Try Immodium for diareah. Works great for me!!!

Drink Pedialight-it has nutrients and mineral that are lost during during diarrhea. Also soft foods such as soup, and lemons with water really help.

first, don't eat or drink for 8 hours, this allows the digestive tract to calm down, then, eat small amounts of banana, or applesauce, toast without butter, and water, do that for 24 hours and the problem should clear.

Eat what the doctors call a "brat" diet..thats bananas, rice, apples and toast. Plain toast no butter or jelly. Also drink plenty of water.
